Are you looking for a villa very close to the sea? There are just about 75 yards between the Atlantic Ocean and us.
It is true that the proximity to the beach is the aspect that we like the most about this villa but there are other details that I will explain next that will show you that Punta Negra is the perfect place for you.
It has three bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. The terrace, and this is the best, has several distinct spaces.
While your children play pool or table football on the first-floor terrace, you can sunbathe on the second floor solarium. The huge balcony with a table guarantees a wonderful sunset with family or friends.
Villa Punta Negra is located in the southwest of the island of Tenerife, in the municipality of Santiago del Teide. Only 100 meters from the house you have a whole range of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stops and cabs.
One of the most important aspects of the villa is that if you want to enjoy a very peaceful vacation without renting a car, this could be your place. You are less than 10 minutes away on foot from all the necessary services you may need.
