Located in one of the most affluent areas of Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, this beautiful villa has been renovated with a modern design.
The villa has three bedrooms, two of them with sea views from the bed itself. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa also has two fully equipped bathrooms and a toilet, a kitchen with everything you need, and a living room.
One of the most important aspects of this house is the connection between the interior and the exterior. Its large windows connect most of the rooms with the outside areas of the house.
Villa Carlota is in the south of the island of Tenerife. Despite being in one of the most popular areas of Costa Adeje, we recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay as it is located on the hill of San Eugenio, a location that guarantees a lovely sight of La Gomera during the sunset but makes it difficult to access on foot. At only 2 minutes in the car or 10 minutes on foot you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a bus stop.
One of the most famous water parks of the Canary Islands “Aqualand” is less than 2 minutes away by car. The famous water park “Siam Park”, a whole coastline of beaches, and the shopping centre “Siam Mall” are less than 10 minutes away.
