- It is totally forbidden to make any noise between 22:00 and 08:00. Any music, party or celebration will be grounds for direct expulsion from the home.
- Take out the garbage daily, you have a garbage room just 10 meters from the garage door. The keys are on the house keyring.
- Be careful with the barbecue cover, it flies easily.
- Close the awnings whenever you do not use them, if you leave them open the wind could break them.
- Close the entire house before leaving and during the night, it is a quiet area but we do not want you to suffer any unforeseen events.
- Please turn off the outside lights during the day and night. Please leave the house without garbage and with the dishes scrubbed. Finding the house with garbage or with dirt and disorder out of the ordinary will have an extra cost of € 50 cleaning and will be charged from your deposit.
