2. Services

We provide a platform to browse and book holiday villas in Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote. Bookings are processed through our partner Lodgify. Additional services include excursions and car rental referrals.

3. Bookings & Payments

A deposit of 1% of the total stay is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before your arrival date.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Lodgify's payment system.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival — full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 5 days of arrival — the deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows — no refund will be issued.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

5. Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price for the same property and dates on Airbnb, Booking.com or any other platform, contact us via WhatsApp with a screenshot and we will match or beat that price.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are applied at checkout. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw discount codes at any time.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the property with care and respect.
Any damage caused during the stay may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.
Maximum occupancy as stated in the listing must be respected.
Parties and events are not permitted unless previously agreed in writing.

8. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: from 15:00
Standard check-out: before 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

9. Liability

SummerVillas acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. While we inspect all properties, we are not liable for issues beyond our control, including force majeure, utility failures, or third-party service disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of SummerVillas and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
